By utilising an in-house team of trained wrap installers who operate directly behind welding squads and third-party inspectors, ENVFAB removes delays typically caused by external coordination.

This integrated approach streamlines the workflow, ensuring welded joints are promptly wrapped and ready for backfilling—keeping the project schedule on track and enabling a seamless handover to the groundworks contractor.

E-Joint Welding

ENVFAB Pipelines has been a trusted name in pipeline welding since the 1990s, with a strong focus on E-Joint Welding for large-diameter pipelines ranging from 600mm to 2,200mm. Our proven expertise ensures precise, durable welds for major infrastructure projects across the UK.

Recently, ENVFAB successfully delivered a 32-kilometre E-Joint welded pipeline in Northern England—demonstrating our ability to manage and execute complex, large-scale pipeline installations with precision and reliability.
